Here we have a VERY young Desmond Shea plunking out mournful bass lines while John Borruso (brother of Crucifix's Matt) groans epic agonized agit-poetry. Trial (who retained these two throughgout their lifespan, while other members came and went) were doomy, dramatic, experimental and unpredictable. They made some interesting records, but somehow they never captured what made this band so compelling.
